in my computer,i want use only one program.no access for any another program.no external drive should work.?

We are using Industrial automation program.Our operator station can access the program.I want to control the use of operator station.operator shall only use predefined program only.that should start with window.and operator cant come out to window.no access for window bar,window key board button,no word exel,nothing.....no external drive such as floppy,CD,USB port can access.its required for system.please tell me how shall i can do the same.

You can make an application full-screen, and capture all keyboard presses and filter out anything like the windows key or alt-tab, but at the end of the day no matter how many precautions you take, as long as Windows exists on the machine, Windows will be accessible to someone with the right information.
